This Policy applies to our Website. The Company’s customer platform and services may be governed by separate agreements, including customer agreements, business associate agreements, data processing agreements, or other written terms between the Company and its customers. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a written agreement that applies to your use of the Company’s customer platform or services, the written agreement will control for that platform or service.

3. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal Information. To provide you with the best possible experience, we will store, use, and disclose personal information about you in accordance with this Policy. Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular user, household, or device (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information that we may receive and collect depends on what you do when you visit our Website. Aggregated and De-Identified Data. We may also collect, use, and disclose aggregated and de-identified data, such as statistical or demographic data, for any purpose. Aggregated and de-identified data could be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal Information under applicable law if this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. Free-Text Boxes. The information that you provide in each case will vary. In some cases, you may be able to provide Personal Information via email, Website forms, or free-text boxes, such as contacting the Company to request further information or requesting a demo. When providing your Personal Information, please provide only relevant information and do not provide unnecessary sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, credit card information, protected health information, patient information, medical information, or other sensitive personal data, unless we specifically request that information through an appropriate channel.

Recording Use of the Website. We work with trusted service providers to understand how visitors use our Website, measure the performance of our Website and marketing campaigns, improve our content, and support lead generation and advertising. These technologies may collect information such as pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, referring URL, browser and device information, IP address, date and time of access, session identifiers, pseudonymous visitor identifiers, UTM parameters, and cookie or pixel tag information. We do not currently use session replay, heat mapping, fingerprinting, chat bot, live chat, A/B testing, product analytics, or customer data platform tools on the Website.

Live Chat. We do not currently use a live chat or chat bot feature on the Website. If we add one in the future, we will update this Policy as appropriate and will ask users not to provide unnecessary sensitive information through that feature.

(b) Analytics, Advertising, and Pixel Technologies

We use analytics, advertising, and pixel technologies to measure Website performance, understand how visitors interact with the Website, evaluate marketing campaigns, support form submissions, and deliver or measure relevant advertising. These technologies may be provided by third parties, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot Forms, Storylane, Adobe Typekit, and Google Fonts.

Depending on your interaction with the Website, these providers may receive information such as page URL, referrer, IP address, user agent, device and browser metadata, page views, clicks, scroll or engagement events, session identifiers, pseudonymous visitor identifiers, advertising identifiers, conversion events, UTM parameters, and form submission information that you choose to provide.

We use Google Analytics 4 to help us understand Website traffic and performance. We use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising performance, conversion events, and audience engagement, and to support advertising or remarketing activities. We use HubSpot Forms to collect and manage information you submit through Website forms. We use Storylane to provide interactive product demos and understand demo engagement. We use Adobe Typekit and Google Fonts to display fonts and related Website content.

(c) Server-Side Tracking and Data Controls

We may use server-side tracking, tag management, or other technical controls to manage how information is transmitted from the Website to analytics and advertising technology providers. These controls may be used to filter, limit, remove, hash, truncate, or otherwise control data elements before they are sent to third parties. For example, we may use these controls to limit the transmission of full URLs, query strings, IP addresses, form fields, click identifiers, and similar data where appropriate.

These controls are designed to reduce unnecessary data flows and support our privacy and security practices. They do not mean that all third-party tracking is disabled or that all data transmitted through analytics and advertising technologies is anonymous.

(d) Web Beacons

A “Web Beacon” is an electronic image. Web Beacons can track certain activity from your computer and can report activity back to a web server, allowing us or our service providers to understand some of your behavior. If you choose to receive emails from us, we may use Web Beacons to track your reaction to our emails. We may also use them to track if you click on links and the time and date you do so. Some of the third-party marketers we engage may use Web Beacons to track your interaction with online advertising on our Website. Links provided in our emails and, in some cases, on third-party websites may include tracking technology embedded in the link. The tracking is accomplished through a redirection system. (g) Healthcare and Sensitive Information

The Website is intended for business-to-business communications about Authenticx and our services. Please do not submit protected health information, patient information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through Website forms unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel. We do not intentionally use Website advertising pixels to collect protected health information. We review material changes to Website tracking technologies before deployment to help confirm that those technologies remain appropriate for a healthcare-focused business.

The information we gather and that you provide is collected to provide you information and services you request and for other purposes, including:

• providing you with effective customer service;

In providing your mobile device number or cell phone number to the Company, you knowingly consent to such communications from the Company or to the Company’s use of your cell phone number or mobile device number.

In providing your number, you represent that you have the authority to agree to receive text messages at the telephone number that you provide to the Company or from which you sent the text message request to us. You further acknowledge that: (a) no purchase is required to opt into this service; (b) you may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in our communications to you; and (c) your receipt of text messages may result in separate charges from your mobile provider.
